Eau Claire Energy Cooperative's 73rd Annual Meeting
Members of Eau Claire Energy Cooperative elected three directors, including one new director, at their 73rd Annual Meeting on March 16, 2010. Andrew Bourget was elected as the new director in District 7 over Patrick Kline. That district was vacated by Gyneth Slygh who retired after 7 years of continuous service to the cooperative. Incumbents Michael Schummer and Clarence Boettcher were uncontested and were reelected in Districts 3 and 9, respectively.
