New Service
This new service application applies if you have:
- Moved to an existing location and need to start service through Eau Claire Energy Cooperative.
- Are a current member but need to update your member information due to a change in address.
Applications:
- Gas/Electric/HVAC Membership Application
- Central Air Load Management
- Electric Water Heater Load Management
- Off Peak Electric Service
New Build
If you need power supplied to a new building location look over the following applications and checklists to get started.
Forms and Applications:
- New Construction Checklist
- Wiring Affidavit
- Easement Form - This easement form must be printed on 8 1/2 X 14 (legal size) paper in order to conform to legal standards. If you do not have access to legal size paper, contact ECEC to get an easement mailed to you.
- New Service Progress Form
