Initiative for Large Commercial Buildings Facilities that qualify for the Large Commecial Buildings Initiative are privately owned, non-manufacturing businesses whose primary energy consumption is for heating, air conditioning, and lighting. Typical facilities have complex energy management systems and large central HVAC systems. Focus on Energy is offering two different initiatives as part of this new program: 1) Retrocommissioning (RCx) and 2) the Large Commercial Bid Program. |
