The Company (Energy Connections) shall also have the right to terminate any agreement in the event that the Customer's premises shall be unoccupied for more than 30 days, and it shall have the right at it's option to terminate the agreement or substitute equipment of smaller size, and/or assess an annual lease fee whenever the amount of gas purchased by the Customer is not of a volume sufficient in the opinion of the Company to warrant that its equipment remain on the Customer's premises pursuant to this agreement.
