Please note the scholarship application is sized to print on 11 X 17 paper.

Each year, Eau Claire Energy Cooperative will award a total of up to $9,500 in higher education scholarships to students of member families through the Federated Youth Foundation Scholarship Program.

The scholarship will be available to a student at each of the following schools this current school year:

  • Altoona
  • Augusta
  • Cadott
  • Chippewa Falls
  • Chippewa Valley Technical College
  • Eau Claire Memorial
  • Eau Claire North
  • Eau Claire Regis
  • Eleva-Strum
  • Elk Mound High School
  • Fall Creek
  • Globe University
  • Home School Association
  • Immanuel Lutheran
  • Mondovi
  • McDonell Central
  • Osseo-Fairchild
  • Stanley-Boyd
  • University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire

To qualify, the applying student must fit the following criteria:

  1. Be a member of Eau Claire Energy Cooperative and currently receiving electric service at their primary residence.
  2. Display average or above average academic records.
  3. Display potential to successfully continue achievement in a post-secondary public or private college, university, junior college, or vocational school program of choice that will lead to associate degree, one-year diploma, or bachelor's degree.
  4. Be accepted into the school where the scholarship would be used.
  5. Display unusual financial requirements or special circumstances.
  6. ECEC employees, board members, subsidiary company employees and immediate family members are not eligible to receive these scholarships.
