8 meetings/year from noon-1:30pm, usually the 3rd Wednesday of each month - most meetings are at ECEC headquarters. 5 community service projects held during evening and Saturday hours.

Event Descriptions
The NRECA Washington, D.C. Youth Tour takes place in June. Youth Ambassador Students on the tour learn about electric cooperatives, American history and U.S. government. They attend educational seminars, visit with their representatives in the House and the Senate, and see the sights around Washington, DC. The Youth Tour is available only through ECEC’s Youth Ambassador Program and is valued at $2,000 per student.
