The Eau Claire Energy Cooperative supports and encourages high school students through programs such as the WECA Youth Leadership Congress (YLC). Each year, Eau Claire Energy sponsors high school students who plan to attend this program. This is a great opportunity for students to learn about leadership, cooperatives, and themselves. As a program planned by and for teens, students will be equipped with information and tools to tackle weighty issues that high school students face.

  • Sophomore or Junior in high school
  • Member of Eau Claire Energy Cooperative
